Freebie Friday!

Happy "Royal" Freebie Friday! Did you watch the grandiose event? They sure know how to throw a wedding! Kate looked splendid and William looked noble as always.

This week's freebie is my pixie girl stamp! In one download you'll get the stamp, the colored version AND the pixie paper.

Here is a quick example of a scrapbook page created with the digi-stamp and digi-paper. But of course she can be used to create cards or any number of creative crafts you can imagine. I’d love to see what you create. Email me your photos with your blog link and I’ll be sure to share it with The Digi Street community.

As usual, this freebie will be available for free for one week. Then it will be available to purchase at my online shop, The Digi Street. When you download the file, it will be accompanied by a "Read Me" text file with all of the copyright information. In short, please credit me, Andy Bauer at The Digi Street, with a link back to my shop or my blog.

To get this freebie, sign up for the The Digi Street Newsletter here and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download the files.

Perhaps you already signed up for the newsletter and you are on the list, then check your email. The newsletter was sent right before this blog post. If you didn't get an email, perhaps when you signed up for the newsletter, you may have typed your email address wrong. (It happens more than you think.) Simply sign-up again or email me.

Happy Crafting!

A First For Me

Well, I'm super excited to share a first for me with you. I've recently been introduced to the world of digital scrapbooking and card making. This is exciting for me because it's an avenue for my artwork that I had never thought about but is rather perfect for me. And today is the first time I got to see my artwork used by another artist to create some fine art. I can't express the joy it makes me feel. I'm so happy. It inspires me to create more artwork that makes others feel this happy. Thanks to Cheryl for being my first! Go to her blog to see how she took inspiration from this image and crafted a beautiful piece of art.

Update: This is my artwork Cheryl used. You can now purchase the digi-stamp at my online shop, The Digi Street. Click on the image and it will take you to this product. Be sure to check out the colored version as well.

Click the image and it will take you to that product at my online shop!

Here is Cheryl's take on this "Alive Beehive"! Click the image below to take you to her blog.

UPDATE: Another friend of mine did these two cards with my "Alive Beehive" digi-stamp. Cely is Creating in Carolina! Check out her blog too! Click on the images below and it will take you to Cely's blog.

Hearts & Gears

I love all things cute but I also like to make them a little quirky too, hence mixing the hearts with some gears in a very metalic looking pattern. I've met some new friends recently that are introducing me to the world of digital scrapbooking and craft card making so I'm starting to work on making my patterns available for digital downloads. Stay tuned.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Cely at http://creatingincarolina.blogspot.com/ and Cheryl at http://www.cafexpressions.blogspot.com/ for all of their advice and support. I really appreciate it.

UPDATE:
This repeat pattern is now available at my online shop, The Digi Street, as an 8 x 8 (in) paper with a high resolution of 300dpi. The heart with gears is also available as a hi-res digi-stamps!
