This is a warm-up sketch I did yesterday before starting to draw for a client. I thought she looked a little fearless so I thought I'd use this for my Illustration Friday entry this week.

To some, this is not the image they see of when they think of Michigan. But I do because my partner & I are going to run a four-cabin resort in Lewiston, Michigan near Gaylord and Grayling. The best of both worlds!

Below is my 2D animation demo reel. The characters and backgrounds were drawn and animated using Flash. The demo reel was edited and rendered using Sony Vegas. The two videos below are the same. IF - Adrift

The word "adrift" made me think of the ocean. These two sharks were adrift without love ties until they found each other in love at first bite!

This is an older drawing I did but I think it demonstrates this week's word well as long as it's in the context of being NOT focused.

Digital illustration keeps me confined to my computer and to my house. But I love what I do so I'm not complaining! =)
